Richard Charlton Pharris Jones served as Editor-in-Chief for Morris Brown College's student publication, The Wolverine Observer, which won the first-place Southern Regional Press Institute award. With Delta Air Lines, he was a corporate communications intern. He was senior staff writer for the San Diego Voice & Viewpoint. His articles and book reviews have appeared in SBC and Venus magazines, where he also served as co-editor. He had his own column in the Brothers United Nashville newsletter, The Source. As an Oprah Scholar, Richard earned his bachelor's degree in English at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Richard is the author of Two of Hearts (Publish America 20007 ISBN 1-4241-9266-8) and TRI (City Stone Publishing 2010 ISBN 978-0-9823879-2-4).
